Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your HEARTAGE piece. If for any reason you don’t, here is our policy :

• Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 working days.
• Exchanges: At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective.
